Easy Baked Salmon Recipe
There are tons of baked salmon recipes out there. In fact, baking salmon is probably one of the easiest ways to prepare the fish. It requires minimal effort and time. Most baked salmon recipes take minutes in preparation and another 10-20 minutes for cooking.
Baked Dijon Salmon-It is a baked salmon recipe calls for melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, bread crumbs, chopped pecans, chopped fresh parsley and salt and pepper to taste. In a bowl mix the butter, honey, and mustard. In another bowl combine the parsley, bread crumbs, and pecans. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients minus the salmon in a glass bowl. Put the salmon in a glass baking dish and spread the marinade over it. Leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the fillets in aluminum foil, with the sauce and seal. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
