Holiday Meals Ideas For the Family

1. Smoked turkey breast with Collard Greens:
1.5 pounds of kale,

Place in a saucepan and mix in honey.

Bastethe roast and the pork with the sauce. Cook at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and baste the meat. Cook for another 20 minutes.
3. Honey Mustard Glazed Turkey:
5 pounds of turkey breast,
1/4 cup of apricot preserves,
Mustard in the style of honey
Places the turkey breast in the roast. Bake for 2 hours
at 325 degrees. In a bowl, mix the mustard and apricot preserves.
